Registration forms are available on web page, before the deadline at the latest - 30.9.2016.
Important: It will not be possible to register after 30th of September 2016. Unless the registration form is accompanied by proof of payment, it will not be processed. The date of registration is considered to be the date of the payment of the entry fee.
6. ENTRY FEES 2016
The prices includes single use chip. If participant has his own Championship chip, then he doesn't need to pay single use chip in amount of 3 €.
Entry fees for full marathon (42.195 m) and half marathon (21.098 m):
- Early bird payment by August 18th 2016 - 35 €
- Payment between August 19th and September 15th 2016 - 40 €
- Payment between September 16th and 30th 2016 - 40 € (only BIB and chip).
Entry fees for group registration for full marathon (42.195 m) and half marathon (21.098 m):
- by August 18th – 30 €
Note: The last day for individual registration is September 30th 2016. The last day for group registrations is August 18th 2016. After that date only individual registration will be possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Paying cancellation policy reserves you the right of refunding the cost of the registration fee in case of cancellation performance at Marathon. The risk of failure is 5 € and it's due to pay at registration. Without paying cancellation policy, the repayment (including medical certificate) will not be possible.
Deadline for cancellation and refundation of fee is November 4th 2016 (only with cancellation policy paid).

Men B born 1986 - 1982: 30 to 34 years
Men C born 1981 - 1977: 35 to 39 years
Men D born 1976 - 1972: 40 to 44 years
Men E born 1971 - 1967: 45 to 49 years
Men F born 1966 - 1962: 50 to 54 years
Men G born 1961 - 1957: 55 to 59 years
Men H born 1956 - 1952: 60 to 64 years
Men I born 1951 - 1947: 65 to 69 years
Men J born 1946 and earlier: over 70 years
Women A born 1998 - 1987: 18 to 29 years
Women B born 1986 - 1982: 30 to 34 years
Women C born 1981 - 1977: 35 to 39 years

8. INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND HEALTH
Every participant shall take part in the competition at his/her own risk. Medical help shall be available along the course and at the finish line.
9. COURSE LINE
Route course is flat. All races start at Slovenska cesta and finish at Kongresni trg. The course will be run on the inner city streets and roads, and on the outskirts of Ljubljana. There are 8 refreshment stations.
Note: The limit of marathon is 5 hours. The full marathon (42.195 m) runners who do not finish first 20 km in 2 hours and 30 minutes, will be redirected to the finish. The results will be published alongside the results of the half marathon.
10. AWARDS AND MONEY AWARDS
The three highest ranked competitors in each type of race and category will receive medals; all who finish the 42.195 m marathon will receive memorial testimonials stating their time, and honorary medals. The highest ranked invited competitors in absolute category for marathon (42.195 m) will receive money awards.
11. AWARD CEREMONY
Award ceremony will take place only for the absolute achievements in male and female respective competitions in 42, 21 and 10 km runs. There will be separate award ceremonies for each single category. The three highest ranked competitors in each category can claim their awards at the information office at the end of the event.
12. GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS
Standard rules and conditions of IAAF (International Athletic Federation) and AZS (Athletic Federation of Slovenia) will apply. Information about the competition will be available at Timing Ljubljana, Staničeva 41, 1000 Ljubljana, ph. +386 1 234 8000.
Official results will be published on this page. A committee shall be dealing with any complaints that may arise, on the day of the race at the secretariat on Kongresni trg. Written complaints should be submitted to the committee together with the deposit of 40 €.
